* EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1, 2024* Per Senate Bill No 57 all documents filed in the County Clerk's office shall have a 2 inch margin at the top of each page and a one inch margin on all other sides. Failure to meet the requirements will result in non-conforming fees (Section 32 Title 28) being charged or rejection of the document(s). Fees for recording non-conforming documents are $25.00 for the first page and $10.00 for each additional page.
